Es liegen bereits drei großartige Drehtage für das Kletterprojekt hinter uns.
Auch wenn es anstrengende Tage sind, die Mühe lohnt sich! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und meine Partner, die an dem Projekt beteiligt sind.

Klettertraining in der Kletterfabrik Köln

Ein Auf und Ab - auch im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes
Nachdem ich meine Kletterzeit für die Route von ca. 1h auf 17 min verbessert hatte, kam es gestern zu einem weiteren Missgeschick.
Ich musste beim Training einen Oldschool-Mietgurt der Kletterfabrik Köln benutzen, weil ich versehentlich meinen eigenen Brustgurt vergessen hatte. Nun, es gibt Schlimmeres

Restart nach Corona-Pause in der Kletterfabrik Köln

Was für ein Gefühl 😊😊 .
Erstes Klettern nach 3 Monaten Pause durch Corona - auch mit einer tetra-spastischen Behinderung.
Ich bin so aufgeregt, wieder zur Trainingsroutine für das Zuckerhut-Projekt zurückzukehren.

Ging wirklich gut, aber in den nächsten 5 Monaten ist noch viel Arbeit zu tun, um die Spitze des Zuckerhutes zu erreichen.
